Separating Mixtures

We have been working with mixtures this week in Science. Please tell me what two items could be separated using a colander.

    Cherries and water can be separated using a colander.

    Great posts second graders! Just be sure that you are reading the question carefully. What can be separated using a colander? Sand and paper clips are separated using a magnet. Keep up the great scientific work!
